Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on Doggy Dog Dawg, you are entitled for a refund and/or exchange, depending on the type of situation.
All refunds must be done within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. If within 14 days you’re not satisfied with your order, you can inquiry a refund by filling out our Product Return Form here. Our PAWesome team will respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours.
Shipping & Delivery
- We do our best to ship orders immediately as soon as they come in, generally within 24 business hours. Any order placed after 3PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday will be shipped in the order received starting the next business day.
- All orders marked as “shipped” cannot be changed.
- Please keep in mind: Some of the items on our shop can take anywhere from 3 to 21 days to arrive, since many of our products are custom made and culture. We appreciate your patience.
- We offer Flat Rate shipping and international shipping.
Carriers + Package Handling
- For US addresses, the carriers used are UPS and USPS.
- USPS for international orders.
- Packages shipped USPS or UPS do not have insurance coverage.
- If by any rare chance your package is lost or is never received, Doggy Dog Dawg holds harmless In other words, Doggy Dog Dawg is not held responsible for replacement or refund. In the event that were to happen, contact the carrier and file a complaint and find out what happened. They should provide you with further details about your package.
- We accept PO box addresses. However, be aware, this option is not available for large items or “package deals.”
